Walnuts and Walnut kernels are several important export products from the Republic of Moldova. Moldavian Walnuts are famous for their excellent organoleptical qualities. "Prometeu-T" S.A. offers you only high quality walnut kernels. Beginning with 2008 "Prometeu-T" S.A. produces dried fruits. The first product to be dried in our facilities was plum "Stanley". We are glad to be able to offer this product on the international market.

 

 

Moldavian Walnuts

 “Prometeu-T” S.A. prepares and sells following fractions of Moldavian walnut: 

  • Category A: Extra Light Halves
 Light Halves
  • Category B: Extra Light Quarters and Pieces
  Light Broken Kernels
  • Category C1: Light Amber Halves
  Harlequin Walnut Kernels
  • Category C2: Light Amber, Quarters and Pieces
  
  • Category D: Industrial (Amber)
  

Fractions of products for sale can also be selected according to customer's special wish.
Walnut kernels are packed in 5 level cardboard 10kg boxes. Boxes are set on 120x100cm pallets and fastened with plastic band. Industrial walnut is packed in 35kg polypropylene sacks.
We also offer vacuum packaging for walnut kernels. Vacuum bags are available for:

  • 1kg
  • 2.5kg
  • 5kg

of product. The strength of vacuum bags is 150µ.

All products of "Prometeu-T" S.A. correspond to all european standards and are supplied with all neccessary documents and certificates, including:

  • Certificate of Origin (EUR 1, Form A), indicating all relevant conventions
  • Certificate of Conformity, issued by the moldavian certification authority "Conservstandard"
  • Phytosanitary Certificate
  • Radiological Certificate
