Processing of Nuts
Since 2003 “Prometeu-T” S.A. offers its partner high quality services for processing of nut products, in particular, walnuts, brought from outside of Moldova.
Cracking of walnuts is done manually, using wooden hammers only. It permits to extract greater percentage of halves, up to 80%.
Sorting of kernels is handwork as well. This way we obtain homogeneous selection of fractions and very pure end product.
